The heat is tightening us little by little, and still we have a long summer ahead, so we would like to continue sharing with you our most chilly, rich and healthy original recipes.

Today, delicious melon soup, with Iberian ham shavings.

Ingredients

        100 ml of single cream

        100 g of Ham shavings Iberian finest

        2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

        1 kg of Piel de Sapo melon 

        Black pepper 

        Salt

Elaboration:

Peel the melon, leave one part and chop the rest. Together with the cream, the salt, the pepper and the extra virgin olive oil, we grind the melon well with electric mixer. The resulting soup is strained using a Chinese sieve. 

Take the part that we reserved. With the help of a spoon we have to draw small bites forming small balls.

We’ll distribute the soup in bowls, add the melon balls and the delicious Iberian ham shavings Iberian Finest.
