Served chilled, like soup on a plate or in a glass to drink, it is a real pleasure for the senses. Each region of the country presumes its own way of making gazpacho, throwing in some or other ingredients as garnish. - What will we need? (ingredients for 1.5l of gazpacho)
3 large and ripe tomatoes
1 cucumber
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium red pepper
2 slices of bread crumb

Sherry vinegar
Salt

Preparation:
To start, we peel the tomatoes and the pepper, removing the seeds. We also peel the cucumber, and we do the same with the two cloves of garlic. Next, we beat everything very well, adding a little water in the blender jar. After having soaked them in water, add the slices of bread crumbs. We season it with olive oil virgin extra, salt and vinegar.
